Law & Order: Special Victims Unit stars Ice-T and Christopher Meloni are commenting on a report by a tabloid about their supposed feud.

The longstanding co-stars took to social media and Meloni, who stars as Det. Elliott Stabler on Law & Order: Organized Crime, posted an email he’d received warning him that the gossip newspaper the National Enquirer was “preparing to publish a story reporting actors Ice-T and Christopher Meloni are feuding since the latter’s return to the franchise.”

Law & Order: SVU star Ice-T has starred alongside Meloni for over 20 years as Det. Fin Tutuola. Meloni starred on SVU from 1999-2011 before returning to the universe for his own show in  2021.

The Stabler actor is denying there’s any beef. He posted a screenshot of the alleged National Enquirer email and tagged Ice-T’s Twitter handle, writing, “So…⁦@FINALLEVEL was sent this. He was kind enough to let me know we were feuding.”

Ice-T also laughed it off, writing, “LOL… Clownass MFs…Chris is my MF man! F’em They just make BS up. Crazy.”

He also shared a screenshot from Meloni of the post, captioning it, “Just sent this email over to my guy @Chris_Meloni,” adding, “Clownass MFs trying to make up Drama outta thin air… WOW… MFs are really on that BS.”

It’s unclear what triggered all of this or where these alleged sources came from.

But per Meloni and T, all is good on and off set between the two of them.
