LeBron James was overcome with emotion after watching his two sons play together on the same team for the first time.

“Man I’m literally watching Bronny and Bryce on the court together for the first time in a game situation!!” James tweeted on Thursday. “This is INSANE!! I’m EMOTIONAL AF!! WOW.”

According to Bleacher Report, Bronny and his younger brother, Bryce, took the court together on Thursday when they played for the California Basketball Club. The team is playing in Europe for the next 12 days, facing clubs from London, Paris and Rome.

Bronny, who is entering his senior year of high school, is expected to make himself eligible for the 2024 NBA Draft, CBS Sports reports. During his gap year, Bronny will have the option of playing in college, the G-League or overseas.

James has been clear about his desire to play with Bronny for at least one season in the NBA. The Los Angeles Lakers superstar confirmed his plan earlier this year when he responded to a fan who asked if James wants to play with his son.

“That’s the plan! God willing,” James tweeted.

Bryce, 15, is already making an impression while playing on the AAU circuit, On3 reports.
