Lee Daniels is getting candid with Ts Madison about the Jussie Smollett case.

In an exclusive preview from the upcoming episode of Turnt Out with Ts Madison, she chats with Daniels– and part of the conversation is about Smollett.

When Madison asks if he was mad at Smollett, Daniels said, “I was. I was confused.”

When she asks what happened in the situation, he explained, “He says it didn’t happen. And so I have to believe him..because he says it didn’t happen. So I have to believe that he believes that it didn’t happen. I have to believe him. Because that’s the boy that I cast and that’s the boy that I love.”

He added, “It’s too painful to talk about,” before telling Madison that he cried “like a b***h” during the ordeal.

In the episode, he also talks about where he stands with Mo’Nique, his history with Ts Madison, his upcoming projects and more.
