It’s widely known that one of Lil Baby’s favorite hobbies outside of rapping is gambling, which led to him taking a big loss against Drake.

In his free time, the Atlanta native likes to hit the casino or place bets among his friends for fun. Earlier this week, he was the latest guest on Complex’s 360 Speedy Morman. During the interview, they covered a variety of topics, one being his money.

The Grammy-nominated artist was asked about gambling with the Toronto rapper. This sent him down memory lane as he recalled his first encounter with Michael Rubin last year during a trip to the Bahamas. He was in the middle of placing a bet with Drake and Meek Mill when he met Rubin. He admitted that he lost the bet, which cost him a total of $600,000.

“S**t, I lost about $600,000. They say you gon’ lose more than you gon’ win, but over time, you can’t even remember, though. That’s the crazy part. I just feel like, if I’m lucky today, I’m lucky. If I’m not, I’m not,” he told Morman.

To the average person that would be considered a major “L,” but not to the “Drip Too Hard” rapper. He continuously has money flowing in, as he was recently linked up with Chris Brown for the One of Them Ones tour, dropped his new album It’s Only Me (that’s been running up the charts) and has other business deals that rake in a nice amount of money.

But don’t get it twisted, he does have good luck on his side when he gambles. In August, it was reported by iHeartRadio that he won $1 million during a tour stop in Las Vegas and shared it with his team.

According to a funny post by the mother of his second son, Jayda Cheavez, rappers like to spend more than athletes.
