Lil Baby is taking part in another initiative to better his community, announcing he will work with business owner Lemont Bradley to hire 100 people under age 21 throughout his hometown of Atlanta.

Bradley and the Atlanta native rapper have been friends for several years and wanted to impact the city of Atlanta positively.
With high crime rates in the metro area, the two thought of a way to help teenagers and young adults in the city.
“We are looking to give out 100 jobs to teenagers and young adults in the metro Atlanta area,” Bradley said. “With the crime rate surrounding scams, robbery, and even murder being so high, we are looking to provide a positive outlet and revenue stream to those who are looking for an income,” he added.
Bradley owns multiple businesses in the area looking to hire young adults and teenagers needing employment. Bradley has various positions at his celebrity-famed car wash, Auto Spa Bistro, Eco Car Spa, and Clutch Restaurant.

Clutch Restaurant is looking to hire bartenders, bar backs, waiters, line cooks, dishwashers, and promoters for night events.
Bradley’s car spas are also looking to employ car washers, car tinters, and front desk positions for the car wash.
Lil Baby and Bradley plan to collaborate again on opening a lawn care business in fall 2022. The lawn business will be another opportunity to hire Atlanta natives.
“We are so excited about this initiative,” Lil Baby said. “Of course, we are looking forward to helping boost the city’s economy, but we are really focused on lowering the city’s crime rate,” Lil Baby said.
