Lil Nas X tweeted a series of pregnancy-inspired promos for his highly anticipated album Montero, set for release on Sept. 17.
"Me and my team have set up a 'baby registry' for many charities if you guys would like to donate," he wrote, announcing the new project.

The baby registry includes a different charity for each of the album’s 15 songs and features, including Black and LGBTQ organizations like Transinclusive Group, The Bail Project, The Bros in Convo Initiative and more.
The 22-year-old said that he was inspired to refer to the album as his baby and participate in pregnancy photoshoots after listening to Megan Thee Stallion's verse on his new song "Dolla Sign Slime" for the first time.
"I was like, 'Oh my God, this is amazing,' so I immediately called my stylist," he told People. "She was like, 'Wow, this all comes together. Your album. Your baby.' I was like, 'Yeah, this is my baby, huh?' As a joke, she was like, 'Yeah, you should do a pregnancy shoot.'"
"I was like, 'You know what? That's actually brilliant,'" he continued. "So now we have this entire thing coming out, and it's going to be amazing."
The “Industry Baby” rapper also even spoofed Drake’s latest album, Certified Lover Boy, by posting his own rendition with emojis of pregnant men.
"I was like, 'There's no way the universe is lining up this perfect for this to happen," he said through laughter.
Lil Nas X, born Montero Lamar Hill, said that creating this new album was “therapeutic” and described it as a project where listeners will get a more raw, inside look into his personal life.
"You're getting a lot of stories about me," he said. "You're getting a lot of stories about my past and where I want to be in my love life. But they're also a bop. I feel like I finally found a great balance between being as real as possible within my music and making a hit song."
Ultimately, he said he just wants his first album to resonate with fans all over the world.
"I hope every single corner of the globe is reached with this album," he said, before declaring, "It's going to happen!"
