It seems LisaRaye's relationship with her sister Da Brat is still fairly rocky, as The Players Club actress said she was told about Da Brat and her girlfriend expecting a baby at the same time as the rest of the world.

Da Brat announced that she and her fiancée Judy were expecting a baby two weeks ago via Instagram. The rapper posed next to her significant other as they made a heart with their hands on Judy's stomach, captioning the picture, "We are EXTENDING the family."

“I found out through social media,” LisaRaye told TMZ's Raquel Harper during her appearance on the It's Tricky podcast, adding that she feels a "certain kind of way about it."

“This takes me back. This takes me back. Because I’m sure you have heard of the last kind of encounter that we had that went viral," she said.

The sisters had another public feud last year.

The two sisters reconciled in April after their last public disagreement when Da Brat surprised LisaRaye during her birthday episode of Cocktails With Queens. The Single Ladies actress made it clear with a few expletives how she felt at the time, sharing that she was upset to find out about her sister's coming-out story from someone other than her.

“There was a whole life that was going on on social media that I really didn’t know nothin’ about,” she told Harper. “I just felt slighted. What I thought was anger was really hurt.”

LisaRaye said she wished she'd gotten a call about the news.

However, in spite of her hurt, LisaRaye told Harper that she wishes to be included in some of her sister's life milestones, as opposed to being left in the dark with the rest of the world.

“I did see the reveal of them expecting and expanding their family and I didn’t know anything about it as well,” she said. “I do realize that when people grow up … when you have a relationship … even the Bible tells you, when a man findeth a woman he findeth a good thing.”

“Even in this situation, when you find a partner, you find a good thing. You’re supposed to cling to that partner. I get that. But it’s supposed to be a bonus. It’s supposed to be an add-on, not a subtraction. It should be an inclusive situation.”

“I’m a phone call away. So yes, to answer your question, I do feel a certain kind of way about it,” she continues. “It’s a reality check of, well, wow.”
