Lizzo announced on social media her highly anticipated single “Rumors” will feature none other than Cardi B.
Fans were rightfully thrilled about the song’s release slated for Friday. The new song will be the first time in more than two years that the “Tempo” singer has dropped a single.
On Friday, Lizzo surprised her fans on Instagram with a post of her facetiming Cardi B and captioned the video “GRAND RISING MUTHAF**KASSSSS…GUESS WHOS HOPPIN ON ‘RUMORS’ W/ ME?1!”
In the 20-second video, fans saw a sleepy Cardi B lying on the couch as she answered the phone. An excited Lizzo is then seen telling her followers, “That’s who it’s featuring y’all. Period. It’s Harry Styles.”
“What the f**k. What’s going on? You called me so early. It’s 9 o’clock in the morning,” the “WAP” rapper responded before the video ends abruptly.
