Though the internet got a kick out of Lizzo‘s highly publicized crush on actor Chris Evans, the singer is asking fans to remember she only has eyes for her boyfriend, Myke Wright.

The “Truth Hurts” singer shared a snippet from her concert on her Instagram Stories, issuing a “public service announcement” to her fans, Bossip reported. In the clip, Lizzo asks fans to stop bringing pictures of Evans’ face to her shows.

“OK, so this is a little backstory. Literally, a couple shows ago — I think it was the last show I just played, somebody had a big-ass cutout of Chris Evans’ face,” the 35-year-old said onstage at a recent show.

The singer added she’d seen the posters and was officially over it.

“I seen it, and I said, ‘Alright, public service announcement — Chris Evans is not my man,” she told the crowd. “My man is [Myke Wright], and he’s fine as hell. And I’mma need you to go to the same printer and print my man’s face out and bring it to my show, ’cause I want to see his fine-ass face when I’m on stage.”

But the clip was not all about condemning Lizzo’s concertgoers. The singer also mentioned two fans who came to a Chicago concert on Wednesday with large posters of Wright’s face.

“And look who’s here,” the Grammy Award winner gushed at the fans. “Thank you for doing this.”

She then asked if she could have one of the posters, adding playfully, “for scientific purposes only.”

The singer then made the fans’ day by signing both posters of Wright, one of which she took home. Later, she told the crowd how much she missed her comedian beau.

Lizzo’s crush on Chris Evans first took the internet by storm in April 2021, when the 35-year-old posted a TikTok about drunkenly sliding into the actor’s DMs.

“Don’t drink and DM, kids…. for legal purposes, this is a joke,” she wrote in the caption.

The video quickly went viral, and shortly after that, the singer joked about expecting the actor’s baby, Billboard reported. Then, the internet went into a full frenzy when Evans flirtatiously entered the chat.

A year later, in April 2022, Lizzo confirmed a new man in her life, Wright, while appearing on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM series Radio AndyBlavity reported.
