Tyrece Fuller, the 22-year-old man who allegedly stabbed 21 Savage's brother to death, was sentenced to 10 years in prison. According to London's Metropolitan Police, Fuller's sentencing was handed down after a week-and-a-half-long trial where he was charged with manslaughter and possession of an offensive weapon in the death of Terrell Davis-Emmons. He earned another three years for the second offense, which is scheduled to run concurrently.

Per the release,  the incident was caught on CCTV. On Nov. 22, 2020, Fuller was seen walking the property of Blenheim Gardens estate when Davis-Emmons enters the camera. He's seen approaching Fuller before an altercation breaks out between the two, with both men pulling out a knife. A third unidentified man later comes to separate them.

The two both temporarily put their weapons away, as the third man continues to stand in between them in an attempt to diffuse the situation. They walk away in opposite directions before Fuller runs back to attack Davis-Emmons, stabbing him once in the chest before taking off.

First responders arrived at the scene before Davis-Emmons was pronounced dead. Fuller was arrested two days later but was initially released pending investigation. After investigators obtained footage from the cameras, he was arrested again on Nov. 28. Charges were filed the same day.

"I would firstly like to say my thoughts are with Terrell's family as they continue to come to terms with the tragic events of the past year," Detective Chief Inspector Kate Kieran, who led the investigation, said. "The events of November 22 clearly demonstrate the dangers of carrying a knife. The Met will continue to clamp down on violence in all its forms so we see no more young men losing their lives on our streets."

According to Billboard, 21 Savage mourned the death of his brother in a post on Instagram, showing a photo of the two as children.

“Can’t believe somebody took you baby bro I know I took my anger out on you I wish I could take that s**t back,” he wrote.

Davis-Emmons was a rapper who performed by the name TM1Way and had released a song called "Monster" in Feb. 2019.
