Mariah Carey got political on Twitter on Monday and fans are living for it.

The Grammy Award-winning singer met former President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton at Barbara Streisand’s concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City, according to People.

“An honor to meet President Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton," she wrote. "Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do for our country.”

Her caption accompanied photographs of herself with the Clintons and an American flag emoji. The photos were also shared to Instagram.

The 2016 presidential candidate responded via Twitter on Tuesday.

“The honor is ours; it’s not every day you meet a queen. ????,” Clinton tweeted.

Many have interpreted the tweet to be a subtle dig at current President Donald Trump.

Carey has long been a supporter of Hillary. The singer also performed at political events during Bill's time as president.
