Megan and her knees better watch out — they have serious competition from an unexpected opponent. Apparently, R&B singer Maxwell has been showing off his agility during recent performances. The 49-year-old singer has been getting low around the country while on his 25-date tour, Maxwell: The Night Tour.

Maxwell shared a video of his moves from his Oct. 22 tour stop in Arkansas.

The video was full of good vibes, and Maxwell wrote, “North Little Rock had me like..” in the caption. In the clip, the singer effortlessly danced around the stage in a bedazzled suit to an acoustic version of his 1996 hit “Somethin’ Somethin.'”

Known for his slow and sexy ballads, fans were shocked that Maxwell could move like that on stage.

One fan provided additional footage from a tour stop that he attended.

@EvWill confirmed that Maxwell’s joints were securely intact. “Saw him in Nashville! Maxwell gets active!” he tweeted.

In the clip, Maxwell displays knee strength that would give Meg Thee Stallion a run for her money. The video has made its rounds on social media, gaining over 1.6 million views on Twitter alone.

While most tweets confirmed Maxwell’s tour as one show you have to see, more confirmed their shock about him dropping it low on stage.

@artfulkash didn’t think all of the activity was called for.

@_melayela_ responded to the user, telling her to “lie again.” She added another clip, showing users a “battle of the knees.”

@Jamellpelle was just as shocked as we were.

The clips reminded user @OccultRose1984 to get back to the gym.

@JoeyNine3 couldn’t find the exact words to describe his reaction.

The video graced TikTok, where user @SmoovePlay2Much had Maxwell winning the “good knees” challenge.
