Nostalgia hit our phones when Phoenix Chi Gulzar, the daughter of former Spice Girl singer Mel B, paid homage to her mother’s Scary Spice days and re-created several of her mother’s iconic ’90s photoshoots.

The resemblance between the 23-year-old and her mother is scary.

Phoenix was committed to bringing her mom’s past photos to life by copying the looks. Her first one was based on the Spice Girls’ “Say You’ll Be There” music video. Phoenix wore a leopard-print corset, black miniskirt, silver choker and black fingerless gloves. In another shoot, she rocked a colored outfit that reproduced her mother’s fit from the 1997 Spice Up Your Life album cover.

Another outfit we all remember that Phoenix reimagined was the two-piece set that her mom rocked in the Spice World movie poster. Back then, Mel B wore a metallic bustier with matching low-wait pants and those infamous space buns.

On Tuesday, Phoenix captioned her TikTok video, “Loved this outfit from a photoshoot mum did in 1997.” In the video clip, it’s like looking at a clone! Phoenix wore a gold two-piece set and two space buns in her head.

“I am LIVING for these!! I still listen to the Spice Girls every day! Thank you for the nostalgia,” a TikTok fan commented.

“Omgosh you are bringing me back you recreating your mom is everything right now,” another commented. “I AM NOT THIS GOD DAMN OLD!!!! But mini scary spice. You killed this like omg!!! Nostalgia x100.”

The disbelief is real because Phoenix’s photoshoot reminded us how much we’ve grown.

“Happy birthday to Spice World The Movie, released in the UK on this day 25 years ago,” the girl group’s Instagram wrote on Dec. 26.
