Michael B. Jordan literally shut down Valentine’s Day goals by renting out an aquarium for his girlfriend Lori Harvey. According to HuffPost, this was truly a night to remember for the lovers.
The 34-year-old Black Panther actor treated his girlfriend to a night under the sea in a rented out aquarium to wine and dine her with a trail of flower petals leading to a romantic candlelight dinner. Harvey, who is the daughter of Steve Harvey, showed off Jordan’s romantic efforts to her 3.3 million Instagram followers.
“My baby rented out the aquarium so we could do a private tour and see the turtles and then we walked into this,” Harvey wrote on her Instagram story, followed by a heart-eyed emoji.
The dinner table was covered in red roses and decorated with champagne, caviar and lemon wedges for their water glasses. The 24-year-old even showed her new stuffed turtle, which was on-brand for the aquarium date.
Following the underwater adventure, the influencer gave a tour of the next part of her Valentine’s Day surprise, which was a hotel decorated with an assortment of multicolored flowers, a skyline view of the city, rose petals on the bed and a bubble bath perfect for relaxation.
But it didn't stop there.
For the cherry on top of the cake, Jordan gifted his Valentine with a few stocks in Hermès and took the term “getting to the bag” to a new level.
Harvey and Jordan made their relationship Instagram official following the release of their sepia-toned posts affectionately, yet subtly hinting at a relationship. Though it has not been confirmed as to how long the couple has been dating prior to their social media announcement and it was initially speculated their relationship was part of a campaign of sorts, the two have instantly become an internet sensation and have been labeled #RelationshipGoals.
Harvey has reportedly been previously romantically linked to both Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Justin Combs, R&B singer Trey Songz and rapper Future. Harvey was also previously engaged to Dutch soccer player Memphis Depay, but the two split up at the end of 2018. Jordan was rumored to have dated model Kendall Jenner, singer Snoh Aalegra, actress Kiki Layne and Black Panther co-star Lupita Nyong'o.
