Y’all thought Michelle Obama’s fitness game was a game?!

Her Let’s Move campaign while serving as First Lady was clearly near and dear to her heart because she’s continuing that spirit with her own girlfriends!

As we know, since leaving the White House, the Obamas have been living their best life and fitness fatale Mrs. Obama has been keeping it right and tight while enjoying her post-presidential-office freedom.

The former First Lady took to Instagram to share photos from a recent “bootcamp weekend” that she hosted for her about a dozen of her homies.

"When I was at the White House, I often hosted bootcamp weekends for my close girlfriends," Mrs. Obama wrote on Instagram. "It didn't matter that we were all at varying fitness levels."

When I was at the White House, I often hosted bootcamp weekends for my close girlfriends. It didn’t matter that we were all at varying fitness levels. Our bootcamp weekends were a reminder that if we want to keep taking care of others, we need to take care of ourselves first. And even though I’m no longer at the White House, I've continued this tradition and wanted to share some photos. My girlfriends have been there for me through all kinds of life transitions over the years – including a pretty big one recently! – and we’ve done our best to stay healthy together. Whether it’s a bootcamp or a walk around the neighborhood, I hope you and your crew can find some time this summer to be healthy together.

It was girl power and self-care all up and through the event!

"Our bootcamp weekends were a reminder that if we want to keep taking care of others, we need to take care of ourselves first," she continued in the Instagram caption. "And even though I'm no longer at the White House, I've continued this tradition and wanted to share some photos."

At the end of the caption, Mrs. Obama got sentimental about her girlfriends in relation to her time in the White House as well as bonding over healthy lifestyles.

And she further inspires us to do the same! "My girlfriends have been there for me through all kinds of life transitions over the years — including a pretty big one recently," she wrote. "And we've done our best to stay healthy together. Whether it's a bootcamp or a walk around the neighborhood, I hope you and your crew can find some time this summer to be healthy together."

YAS, QUEEN!
