Mo’Nique’s sister has some words for her amid her ongoing feud with comedian D.L. Hughley.
After the Oscar-winning actress fired off on the former The Hughleys star and his family on Instagram, her sister Millicent Imes took to Facebook to share her thoughts on the situation — and it doesn’t look like she isn’t standing behind her family.
Imes believes her sister is channeling her energy in the wrong place.
Imes began her lengthy post by urging Mo’Nique to put a stop to the “madness” before things for the actress go downhill.
“Enough is Enough!! My Sister!! Stop the Madness!!! It’s not a good look!!” Imes wrote in a Facebook post several days ago, according to AceShowbiz. “God has Shut you down before and believe me he will do it again!!!Let’s start by staying on topic. YOU are and have been displacing your anger on the wrong people.”
“Sis, you’re coming with the same story over and over again. If nothing changes, NOTHING CHANGES!!” she continued. “Your career has been dead in the past and now it’s about to come to LIFE and now you are killing it again and now the plug is about to be pulled on you and YOU are about to be CANCELED, Again..This time it’s Flatline.”

Imes called out Mo'Nique for not being there for their family.
Imes continued on by slamming her sister for “offending” and being an embarrassment to their family as a result of her most recent actions.
“What you’re doing now is offensive to this family, OUR parents and YOUR siblings,” she added. “It’s absolutely maddening to see you embarrass yourself like this..which at this time it’s a reflection on the family (YOUR TRUE BIOLOGICAL FAMILY) Not your made-up family or your WIFE!!..but your siblings and OUR Parents.”
Imes went on to call Mo'Nique out for allegedly not attending their parents' funeral service.
“May they rest in peace are turning over in Heaven on your Earthy behavior! All though YOU DID NOT show up to YOUR FATHER’S or YOUR MOTHER’S Funeral Service,” she wrote, “I’m sure they forgive you because they know who their child USED TO BE!! I see you are making statements about other people’s children!!! so where are yours???”
She wants Mo'Nique to put an end to the madness.
Millicent ended her Facebook post by once again urging Mo’Nique to let this feud with D.L. Hughley go and to move on with her life.
“Again, clean your house up and you’ll be set Free!!!!!Lol I have receipts! As your old Bodyguard use to Say, ” Millicent noted. “LET’S PLAY NICE!! As you say. This is all coming from a place of Love. Sister Stop!!!!”
Despite her criticism toward Mo’Nique’s behavior, Millicent claimed that she still loves her sister “to Life” and “will be here for you ALWAYS!!”
Mo’Nique has not yet responded to her sister’s post.
