Outside of her work on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, OG Nene Leakes is a proud mother to two adult sons. Fans recall some of the growing pains she experienced with her older son Bryson, including him being arrested for petty theft and becoming a father in his early 20s. But it appeared Bryson was on a more stable path. But according to his ex, Symone Davis, Leakes is not a good matriarch. She recently blasted her grandchild’s mother in a lengthy IG post.
Davis says she had a secret baby with Bryson that both he and Leakes denied
Fans remember Bryson becoming a father to a daughter, Bri’asia Bryant, with Leakes even posing with the baby in an ESSENCE Magazine spread. From there, Davis alleged she too had a son with Bryson but was receiving no support from him or Leakes. She blasted both in an Instagram post in 2018.
"So to all you people that keep asking if I really have a baby by #NeneLeakes son #Brice & why I don’t talk about them," she wrote at the time. "Well, your answer is YES! & there’s absolutely nothing to talk about. I am NOT with him. I left him alone way back in 2017. The people close to me know what’s going on btwn him, his family & mine. If it was meant for the world to know, itll be exposed. TRUST ME, the day will come. Until then, I continue to do what I’m doin?"
She says she was booked for a reality show, seemingly RHOA, but was stopped by Leakes. Now, she’s blasting her in another post, mocking Leakes being allegedly blacklisted by the network and others as a result of her difficult behavior.
“How do you blacklist me & your family, telling me you’ll make sure I never work with anyone in tv, but now you’re crying that the industry is blacklisting you,” she said in a post about Leakes. “You’re a terrible friend & person to work with. Hell, terrible person PERIOD! You’ve lost ALL of your good friends.”
She continued: I’m the same 1 that said “You better humble yourself bc everything you have can be taken away”… cough cough. Here we are,” she added. “Your husband is gone that you took from his wife & kids. Your oldest son is a junkie. You don’t do anything for your grandkids, you got fired from #realhousewivesofatlanta, you have no real friends.
