Netflix has set its latest project from Tyler Perry, and the cast includes Kelly Rowland, Trevante Rhodes and RonReaco Lee.

Titled Mea Culpa, the film also stars Nick Sagar and Sean Sagar.

Rowland will also produce the film, which counts Perry as writer, director and a producer.

Here’s the logline for the film: In the hopes of becoming partner, a criminal defense attorney takes on the case of an artist who may or may not have murdered his girlfriend.

This will be Perry’s fifth Netflix film.

His first three, A Fall From Grade, A Madea Homecoming and A Jazzman’s Blues were released between 2020 and 2022.

Production is underway now on the fourth one, Six Triple Eight, starring Kerry Washington, Ebony Obsidian, Gregg Sulkin and Sarah Jeffery.
