It looks like newcomer Jaz Sinclair is one to watch, as this is the second time her name has been mentioned on this blog in just the past 24 hours.
Yesterday, we announced that the young actress had joined the cast of Screen Gems’ psychological thriller "When the Bough Breaks," in which she’ll co-star with Regina Hall and Morris Chestnut.
I’ve learned today that Sinclair has also booked a lead role in John Green‘s adaptation "Paper Towns," a novel that tells the story of a teenager who embarks on a miraculous journey to find a friend who has gone missing.
The novel has been is said to be filled with "brilliant wit and heart-stopping emotional honesty." Anyone read it? If so, thoughts?
Sinclair joins Nat Wolff and Cara Delevingne who are starring in the coming of age drama to be directed by Jake Schreier, from a script penned by Scott Neustadter and Michael Weber, who also adapted Green’s "The Fault in Our Stars" for Fox.
Sinclair’s credits include appearances on the small screen in "Rizzoli & Isles," and "Revolution."
