LaNisha Cole remains unbothered as she responds to Nick Cannon leaving their daughter’s name out of his lineup of children.
Cannon was recently a guest on The Howard Stern Show when the shock jock challenged him to list the names of all 12 of his children.
The Masked Singer host began to rattle off the names of his robust family tree when he seemed to forget his 7-month-old daughter, Onyx Ice.
Cannon appeared to be done with the roster when Stern called him out for skipping over the infant.
He tried to recover, claiming, “[Stern] threw me off because I was going in order!”
The video of Cannon’s faux pas made its rounds around social media.
Onyx’s mother responded to Cannon via Instagram.
“It’s not normal to have your life play out in front of an audience, but this is the age we live in,” she said. “That being said … no person’s path is linear. There’s going to be blind curves, peaks, valleys, and sometimes we make wrong turns or run into dead ends. Simply correct course and get back on your forward moving path.”
The model-turned-photographer/producer continued, mentioning she has her daughter “no matter what.”
“I pray every day for strength, guidance, and peace,” she continued. “Regardless of where I’m at on my path, I know that God’s got me. And I’ve got Onyx. To all the Moms out there, take care of your heart with the same love and patience you have for your babies. It’s not always easy but we were built for this.”

Cole didn’t end the response on a sad note.
She shared a cute image of her baby girl with a caption emphasizing her love for her.
“My whole world… the most beautiful little girl,” the mom wrote. “I will do everything I can every single day to make sure she knows how special she is and how much I love and adore her.”

She also let everyone know love surrounds her daughter, adding an image of her boyfriend, Brian Paul Kuba, holding Onyx.
The picture was from the trio celebrating the baby turning 7 months.
