Cannon shared the happy news on Instagram, posting a video of him and Bell at her maternity photo shoot. The video also showed him and Bell taking pictures with their two other children, 5-year-old Golden Sagon and 19-month-old Powerful Queen.

“Time Stopped and This Happened… @missbbell ❤️😍🥰🌞 #Sunshine #SonRISE,” he captioned the post.

 

This will be Cannon’s ninth child, according to People. Cannon is the father of Legendary Love, and he shares twins Monroe and Moroccan with his ex-wife Mariah Carey. He is also the father to twins Zion and Zillion with Abby De La Rosa, who, as Blavity previously reported, is currently pregnant with a child fathered by Cannon. He’s also the father to son Zen, who he shares with Alyssa Scott. Zen died in December 2021 at 5 months old after being diagnosed with cancer.

The Wild ‘n Out frontman teased that he had more children on the way while appearing on the Lip Service podcast, Blavity previously reported.

“The stork is on the way,” he said on the show. “If you thought the numbers I put up in 2021 was … wait ’til 2022! You know, there was a lot of kids last year.”

Earlier this year, Cannon confirmed what is abundantly clear: he loves fatherhood.

“Every day I just wake up excited as a father,” he told People. “I’m so excited about all my kids. Constantly, from every aspect of it. From them getting citizen of the month awards in the first grade to the birth of the new ones.”
