The nearly 15-minute routine is highly recommended by the “Wild Side” artist, who believes making time for self-care in your daily schedule is necessary.

“I really love being able to spend time with myself doing my skincare,” Normani said in the video. “My skincare routine, and also my hair, are really important moments for me and intimate moments that I share with myself.”

Normani starts her beauty routine with her favorite cleanser by iS Clinical. As she washes her face with the cream cleanser, she continues talking to the camera about her skin type and how she manages her skin.

“I really do have combination skin but have struggled with acne for the last 10 years and it really has been a journey,” Normani said as she washed off the soap suds.

“Between using these medical-grade products that you can get over the counter; I also use Tazorac that my dermatologist put me on and it’s a game-changer,” she added.

Normani’s next step was wearing a hydrating face mask that she pressed over with a face roller. She revealed that her mother helped her with beauty tips and advised her to “always go in an upward motion” when using the roller.

“I’m definitely the girl on the plane with the acne stickers,” Normani said, referring to the cult-favorite pimple patch beauty trend.

“I’ve definitely worn pimple cream in the airport. I’m talking public. I don’t care — I’m comfort over everything,” the “Motivation” artist said.
