Offset performed in front of his fans for the first time since the death of his cousin and fellow Migos member Takeoff. The 30-year-old arrived at Miami’s E11EVEN venue with his wife Cardi B on Thursday and performed some of his biggest hits for about 30 minutes while remembering Takeoff, Rolling Stone reports.

“We are going to go Takeoff crazy in here tonight,” Offset told the crowd.

The rapper performed Migos hits such as “Fight Night” and “Bad and Boujee.” As the crowd clapped along, Offset continued to pay tribute, playing tracks such as “Last Memory,” Takeoff’s single from the 2018 solo album The Last Rocket.

“I’m doing this for my brother,” Offset said during his performance.

According to a rep for E11Even, Offset threw thousands of dollars into the crowd during his show. The “Walk It Talk It” rapper also paid homage to his wife when he asked the DJ to play Cardi B’s song “Tomorrow 2.”

Chance the Rapper also appeared at the venue to enjoy the show.

As Blavity previously reported, Takeoff died on Nov. 1 when he was shot in Houston at a private event.
