Summer’s almost here!
Fresh off of his recent Grammy nomination and touring with SZA, Omar Apollo is already looking out for his fans this season, and it’s in the form of another partnership that the acclaimed musician has set with Buchanan’s Scotch Whiskey for the “It’s Pina” campaign.
The new campaign comes with a new spot, directed by Mexican-American director David Camarena, set in Malibu to the sound of Apollo’s “Useless.”
“I’ve been working non-stop, so this summer is really about embracing my time off in the warm weather with good company and a refreshing cocktail made with Buchanan’s Pineapple,” said the 25-year-old in a statement. “Whether I’m relaxing poolside, traveling with friends, or just chilling with my family, Buchanan’s Pineapple always makes the experience more vibrant and enjoyable. Can’t wait to share what we have coming up this season!”
This campaign also consists of events that will take place during the summer and recipes, including the Buchacolada.
