Omar EppsBetween Us, about "two friends looking for love in the wrong places, with a contemporary twist," is currently in the works from House star Omar Epps at his BrooklynWorks Films production company.

The feature film script is written by Epps, who also plans to star and produce along with Tracey Edmonds' Our Stories Films. Bryan “Baby” Williams and Ronald “Slim” Williams will finance the production under their Young Money Cash Money Billionares (YMCMB) label, which is seeking to expand its brand.

According to Epps, the search for a director is under way, with production desired to begin in late summer/early fall.

Epps has had a string of TV and film projects in development lately, including one-hour drama Southern Gothic with co-producer Alfre Woodard, Travel show Mile High with stars/co-producers David Arquette and Mike McGuiness, coming soon to Travel Channel, and the recent Ty Hodges-directed musical You, Me and the Circus, which comes to VOD this summer.
