Since leaving the White House after serving as an aide to President Donald Trump, Omarosa Manigault-Newman has been spilling the tea about the inner workings of the Trump administration.
In a recent clip from CBS' Celebrity Big Brother, Manigault-Newman said that if Trump is forced to resign and Vice President Mike Pence becomes president, the public will be calling for the days of Trump.
“Everyone wishing for impeachment might want to reconsider,” she said among her castmates, adding that they would be “begging for days of Trump if Pence became president.”
During her time in the White House, she served as the Director of Communications for the Office of Public Liaison. Omarosa made a name for herself as a reality TV villain on The Apprentice, but the ordained minister entered politics during 2016 presidential supporting Trump, according to Variety.
As governor of Indiana, Pence was considered an enemy of the LGBTQ community because of his strict religious beliefs and policies that threaten their rights.
“He’s extreme,” she said. “I am Christian, I love Jesus, but he thinks Jesus tells him to say things there. I’m like, ‘Jesus didn’t say that.’ Scary.”
Just last week, she said in another clip from the show that when she attempted to reason with Trump about some of his tweets, she was "attacked" and denied access by "all of the people around him," including son-in-law Jared Kushner and daughter Ivanka Trump. In regards to Trump's attack on immigrants, Omarosa also states that the ICE roundups are getting worse.
“The roundup plan is getting more and more aggressive,” she said.
