Pharrell Williams made his much-anticipated debut as Louis Vuitton’s creative director on Tuesday. The multihyphenate took over the vacant spot left by Virgil Abloh after his passing in 2021.

For the occasion, Pharrell took over the Pont Neuf in Paris to present the collection in front of a star-studded crowd. The guest list included several Black celebrities, including Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, Megan Thee Stallion, Naomi Campbell, Kelly Rowland, Zendaya and more.

Pharrell’s family also came out to support him for his big debut. His wife Helen Lasichanh and their four children, 15-year-old Rocket and their 6-year-old triplets, were in attendance. As the show concluded, Pharrell walked down the bridge in a camo-inspired suit from the collection. He knelt and joined his hands in thanks to all guests before walking toward his family.

The whole family wore matching outfits for the occasion. The show also marked the triplet’s first public appearance. Born in 2017, they hadn’t yet been introduced to the public. Pharrell’s older son Rocket has appeared with his father, including at fashion shows and sporting events.

“I’m just enjoying my family, so it’s good,” Pharrell said about his family life back in 2018, according to Essence. “We make time. We carve out time for ourselves, but we also love it, too. We love being with the babies. It’s crazy. And all of my babies are creative — we have to protect that.”
