Mellow Rackz, former fiancé of Kodak Black and Young Money artist, was allegedly pistol-whipped and robbed after meeting a man for a date in Los Angeles, California, Tuesday evening.

And now the rapper is alleging that her own security team was behind the assault and robbery.

The rapper took to Instagram Live yesterday to assure fans that she was okay, and directly address the incident that occurred.

“I just wanted to come on here because you guys were freaking out, and I don’t want you guys to do all that,” she shared. “I can’t answer everybody’s text messages. But don’t worry, everything is all fine. It’s all good.”

But what viewers didn’t expect, was for Rackz to reveal that the culprits behind the robbery and assault are actually members of her security team.

“Minor setback for a major comeback,” she said to fans. “Just to clarify, my security is actually the people who did all this mess. But you do it once, you could do it again.”

Prior to hopping on Instagram Live, the rapper had only shared a cryptic message, seemingly addressing the incident: “The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you got to put up with the rain.”

News of the assault first hit the internet on Tuesday evening, when SayCheeseTV initially reported the incident on Instagram.

It was alleged that Mellow Rackz and her security were assaulted at gunpoint, and the rapper robbed of all her jewelry, and bag which included her personal belongings.
