Drake is facing a storm of criticism for touching and kissing an underage girl in concert footage from a 2010 show.

Video footage recorded at the Ogden Theatre in Colorado in May 2010 has resurfaced around the same time Lifetime's Surviving R. Kelly docuseries concluded. Drake was 23 at the time when he encountered the 17-year-old fan at the Colorado concert, TMZ reports.

The grainy video shows Drake inappropriately touching the girl before and after she tells the Toronto rapper her age.

The Scorpion artist then stood behind the girl and continued to caress her all the while the crowd cheered him on.

"Y'all gonna have me get carried away again,” he said in the clip. “I get in trouble for s**t like this; how old are you?"

Toward the end of the video, Drake asked the fan her age and is not fully deterred by learning she's 17 years old. The age of consent is 17 in the state of Colorado, but the "Hotline Bling" rapper's reaction to learning her age indicate awareness that his sexual gestures were thus inappropriate.

"I can't go to jail yet, man! Seventeen? How do you look like that? You thick," the now 32-year-old rapper remarked. "Look at all this."

Drake complimented the girl once more, before kissing her on her forehead, cheeks and lips.

“I had fun, I don’t know if I should feel guilty or not, but I had fun," he said as the crowd erupted in cheers. "I like the way your breasts feel against my chest. I just want to thank you.”

The resurfaced video had fans comparing the nearly nine-year-old incident to that of his recent encounters with Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown, who is 14 years old. In May, the former Degrassi: The Next Generation cast member shut down a restaurant in Washington, D.C., to dine with 18-year-old model Bella Harris.

Critics claimed Drake was giving the teen dating advice to groom her. Both parties have denied foul play. Twitter users dug up old song lyrics to see if the famed Toronto native has indicated a penchant for young girls.
