Rapper Rick Ross has invested $1 million into an 87-acre property in Fayetteville, Georgia, near his multi-million dollar house. According to TMZ, the new plot comes with two houses, giving the artist the option to live on the property or use it as rentals.

The "Hustlin'" rapper shared images of his new investment on Instagram and dubbed his new property, "The Promise Land."

"Gotta earn anything worth having," he wrote.

Ross also posted a photo of himself with his real estate agent, Mitt Conerly.

Kanye West made a similar investment last year when he bought a $14 million ranch in Wyoming, complete with eight lodging units, two freshwater lakes, a restaurant, an event center and meeting facilities, TMZ reported

Ross' current home in Georgia comes with 109 rooms, which includes 12 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms. The property previously belonged to boxing legend Evander Holyfield. But Ross purchased the home for $5.8  million in 2014 after foreclosure. The artist showed off his 254-acre Atlanta mansion last year in a feature for The Players' Tribune. Giving a tour of the home to former NBA player Nate Robinson, Ross displayed his gigantic pool.

"Home of the world's greatest pool parties in the summer," the rapper said.

Ross said it took him about three days to walk through the whole house when he purchased the property. The artist also showed off his horses and the dozens of lavish cars in his garage. Each one of the cars, which are used for various occasions, is given a name by the owner himself. One vehicle especially stands out because it's named after one of Ross' favorite people, Rihanna.

According to 11Alive, the 44-year-old musician has also invested in franchises such as Wing Stop and Checkers. Last year, he allowed the producers of the Coming 2 America sequel to film on his property. In an interview with Nick Cannon, Ross said he wanted to be a part of the highly anticipated sequel because the original is his favorite movie.

Ross started to get notoriety in the industry as he appeared on songs with recording artists Trina, DJ Khaled and Lil Wayne. He became known as "The Boss" after recording his hit song "I'm A Boss" with Meek Mill. As Blavity previously reported, Ross collaborated with NBA legend Dwyane Wade earlier this year to record another song, "Season Ticket Holder."
