After HollywoodLife reported that ex-lovers Saweetie and Quavo were “quietly” spending time together after their March breakup, the “Tap In” rapper did just that. 

“Pinocchio ass article anyways back to this #saweetiemeal,” the 28-year-old wrote on Twitter, quelling rumors of her and the Migos rapper rekindling. 

According to HollywoodLife, a music insider exclusively told the outlet of the rappers’ whereabouts and what the pair has been up to recently, adding that things are not yet “official.”  

“Saweetie and Quavo are currently both in New York and have quietly been spending time together on the DL,” the outlet reported. “Quavo has missed Saweetie since they broke up and he’s been asking to see her. Apparently she gave in because they linked up in NY and have hung out since they’re both there at the same time.”

"Their connection certainly hasn’t gone away and the chemistry they’ve always had is undeniable,” their report continued.

After Saweetie, born Diamonté Harper, addressed the rumors, fans took to Twitter to express their relief now that they know the truth.

And some fans questioned how truthful the “Icy Girl” rapper actually was. 

Despite the gossip, and in true Saweetie fashion, the California native pivoted back to her latest partnership, a collaboration with McDonald’s for the Saweetie Meal. 

"Honestly, I love McDonald’s. I remember I used to beg my mom to bring me to McDonald’s every day,” the rapper told AfroTech exclusively. "So the fact that I’m on the packaging, the cartons, in their messaging, in front of the building. It’s like, wow, I can’t believe it’s me!”
