From ad exec-turned-writer/producer Aireka Muse comes a new ensemble piece about "a couple that decides to explore an open marriage and how the decision affects their marriage as well as the relationships of their best friends."

The project is slated to be both a film and a web series, and the clip below stars Southland's Dorian Missick and Ana Ortiz (Hung, Ugly Betty) as the couple in question, along with Dondre Whitfield, Brooklyn McLinn, Mekia Cox and Tiffany Howard.

Bille Woodruff (Honey 1 and 2, Beauty Shop, The Game) is slated to direct.

On what sparked the project, Aireka shared, "[It] came about when I decided to write what I wanted, rather than what my agent felt would appeal to the mainstream. I wanted to create something fresh that touches on a taboo topic and gives multicultural actors the opportunity to play real roles, rather than some of the stereotypical characters that are available to them.”

As has become the tradition, the team has launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise the $50,000 needed to produce the project. They have just under two weeks left to hit their goal.
