Me’arah O’Neal is making her father proud and garnering attention from plenty in awe in the process. The youngest of Shaquille O’Neal’s six children, Me’arah has lots of eyes on her, with many already lining up to recruit her growing basketball talent.

Her brother is among those drawn to the young phenom’s potential, as demonstrated by a teary-eyed comment Myles O’Neal left in praise of his sister.

The recent video posted to Instagram showcased Me’arah’s sharp game. Not only able to shoot NBA-range three-pointers, but the 17-year-old has also been dunking since she was 13. She is a beacon in the 2024 batch of prospects, currently ranked 42nd in her class.

The video in question earned a special comment from model and singer brother Myles, who left four crying emoji on the post in full praise of his younger sibling.

Me’arah is a menace of a player with a strong deep shot, making her a dangerous player in both halves of the court. Mostly doing her scoring from threes, the young baller is able to dish out plays, carry the ball and score off it, so it comes as no surprise that Me’arah is expected to make waves.

Me’arah is quite the hot commodity today, receiving multiple offers courting the young prodigy, such as Kentucky, Florida, UCLA and Shaq’s alma mater, LSU.

As she makes noise in the basketball world, the current women’s NCAA champions could use a deep shooting player like Me’arah for the LSU Tigers — who could give both Angel Reese and Iowa Hawkeyes star Caitlin Clark a run for their money.

Either way, we’re likely to see big things from the young O’Neal as the 2024 batch of prospects head for the college basketball courts.
