At the tender age of 9 years old, Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry knew that basketball would be in his future, partly because of his then Charlotte Hornets dad, Dell. Steph’s young ambitions were shown during Monday night’s game between GSW and the Hornets, when a ’90s Burger King commercial aired starring the father and son. In the ad, Steph asks Dell how he became so big and what it takes to be such a great basketball player. His answer? Hunger, of course. They had to tie-in Burger King somehow.

Nearly twenty years later, Stephen flawlessly filled his dad’s shoes.

Like father, like son.
