Stevie Wonder Simultaneously Praises Ari Lennox And Shoots His Shot In The Same Breath

“Can I ask you a question? So who are you gonna marry?” Stevie asked.

Stevie Wonder stopped by Los Angeles radio station KJLH (102.3 FM) to surprise Ari Lennox during her interview with Tammi Mac. Ari was stunned and delighted to have the world-renowned legend sit beside her.

Wonder expressed his admiration for her music during their talk, but it also appeared that he was shooting his shot!

At one point, Wonder turns to Lennox to ask who she plans on marrying in her future.

“Can I ask you a question? So who are you gonna marry?” he asked.

“Oh, I don’t know, it’s been hell out here,” the “Pressure” vocalist tenderly responded, caught off guard.

Wonder then asked, “Who are you in love with?” and Lennox humorously said her dogs. What came after that was pure hilarity, or was it supposed to be a joke?

“Your dogs? Am I your dog? Wassup dog!” Stevie responded.

He went on to playfully bark like a dog, and that’s the only part of the interview clip that hit Twitter.

Immediately the platform flipped, and the laughable tweets from Twitter users hinted that Stevie Wonder was trying his luck with Ari Lennox.

We also got ahold of the full interview clip, and it was all love, jokes and respect. Don’t get it twisted, though. Ari has the voice of an angel, and we’re sure Stevie knows her physical beauty is one of a goddess.

Earlier this month, Lennox unveiled her official music video to her latest offering from her recent project. The song “POF,” an acronym for “plenty of fish,” reflects her struggles in the dating game.
