Seems like it's been a while since this has been in the news (our last post was in June, and it received almost 100 comments). But in case you've forgotten… Alex Cross opens this month – less than 3 weeks from now actually, so, as long as Summt Entertainment goes the press screenings route, expect reviews to start coming in very soon.

The release date for Tyler Perry's Alex Cross is set for October 19th.

The film, which features a supporting cast of rather solid actors in Cicely Tyson, Giancarlo Esposito, Matthew Fox, Ed Burns, and others, will be released with a PG13 rating by the MPAA.
