Alechia Reese is a certified speaker and host of award-winning corporate and entertainment activation. She specializes in brand strategy development and assisting entrepreneurs and organizations to create goals and strategies to execute their vision. Founder of two non-profit organizations; Women Leaders Pros and The Girl Rethought Project, Reese looks to empower women of all ages with her powerful story and the mistakes that shaped her along the way.

Having survived domestic abuse and homelessness, Reese took back her life and sought out to make a difference. She utilized her platform to make the community aware of her perils. She’s been recognized as a true testament to a women’s strength. Reese will be a recipient of The Heroine in Heels Award presented on behalf of The Beautiful Mile for her hard work and dedication to redefining what beauty looks like.
