Netflix is giving audiences its first official look at Eddie Murphy in Beverly Hills Cop: Axel Foley, the fourth film in the franchise.

In the newly released photo, Murphy’s street-smart character, Axel Foley, is swarmed by police officers and several bystanders holding up cell phones at what appears to be a crime scene.

The film marks Murphy’s return to his signature role of Axel Foley after 30 years, following the release of 1994’s Beverly Hills Cop III.

The original film saw Foley venture to the mean streets of Los Angeles to investigate the murder of a longtime friend. Released in 1984, Beverly Hills Cop marked Murphy’s first solo leading role and earned $234 million at the U.S. box office, making it the highest-grossing film of 1984.

Beverly Hills Cop: Axel Foley, which was initially going to get a theatrical release at Paramount before moving to Netflix, will see Murphy star alongside Taylour Paige, Kevin Bacon and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, as well as franchise returnees Judge Reinhold, John Ashton, Paul Reiser and Bronson Pinchot.

Directed by Mark Molloy, the script for Beverly Hills Cop: Axel Foley is written by Will Beall, Kevin Etten and Tom Gormican. Murphy will produce the long-gestating cop comedy alongside Jerry Bruckheimer.
