Good afternoon beautiful people! Had to share one of the most amazing days of my life. 9/1/2019 Moving my son into his College dorm. In California. First I want to thank my family @rc.wednesday @rc.jayyy @fatiad_ @xaviersimmons92 @princess_awsome28 for holding it all the way down for me! As I have a broken ankle & wrist.❤️ Where do I even start. Tacoma @tacomasimmons You are one amazing young man! You were that one child that everybody talks about having. That complicated Child. That pain in the butt. Shy but loud. Giving but selfish. Introverted but extroverted. No matter what, your good heart always melted mines. You are the true definition of if you continue to work hard for whatever you want.. and never give up, you will get it! After 20 years of hurricanes, sunshine and transformation. You have bloomed into a force I could only dream for. Continue to fly son! Never ever limit yourself! We serve a mighty God! Skies the limit for you! I love you more than you’ll ever know! I am so proud of you son!! Keep shining! ❤️❤️❤️???????????????????????? to God be the glory. Prayer works. It’s your time! ???? #NewChapter❤️????????

Tacoma seems to keep a low profile, but that doesn’t stop his proud mom from shouting him out. Tacoma became a Poet (the mascot) at Whittier College in 2019. His mother shared a touching post.

“After 20 years of hurricanes, sunshine and transformation. You have bloomed into a force I could only dream for,” his mother said.
