This past Sunday, the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Minnesota Vikings, 38-7 in the NFC East Championship, advancing to the Super Bowl. After beating the Vikings, the team celebrated by singing one of the best hype songs ever: Meek Mill's "Dreams and Nightmares," Billboard reports.

NBC Sports Philadelphia anchor John Clark noted that the team first played the song to amp up during a pregame team meeting, and that it has now become something of an anthem for the players.

Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins said the song gives the team "that juice," and that it gets the fans hyped too. "I've never heard the Linc that loud since I've been here."

Meek's song being played in his hometown stadium not only got the Eagles energized, but also his fans. Following Sunday's game, renewed calls for the rapper's release echoed throughout social media.

Meek is currently set to serve a two to four year sentence in prison for parole violation; his sentencing was controversial, as allegations of misconduct on the part of his judge surfaced shortly after his trial.

The Illuminati of Philadelphia put Meek Mill in jail so that the Eagles would make the super bowl. Ultimate sacrifice.
