Shadow And Act has an exclusive clip from this week’s episode of Proven Innocent in which Russell Hornsby’s Easy Boudreau gives an update to Madeline in jail.

Here’s the description of the episode:

Easy (Russell Hornsby) takes on an immigration case to help a young DREAMer, Hector Costa (guest star Josue Aguirre), who was convicted of murder. Madeline (Rachelle Lefevre), Bodie (Vincent Kartheiser), Wren (guest star Candice Coke), Levi and Violet double down on their investigation into who killed Rosemary. Meanwhile, the showdown between Madeline and Bellows (Kelsey Grammer) begins.

We interviewed Russell Hornsby, one of the show’s stars, about the series earlier this year. “We want to be able to play good, quality, but conflicted characters,” Hornsby said. “You have to be able to show that aspect of three-dimensionality in these roles. Proven Innocent has given me the opportunity to do that so that everyone can see who this person really is without allowing him to be an archetype.”

Nikki M. James also stars.
