Cardi B set the record straight at the Houston Rodeo, one of the world's largest rodeo shows, by exceeding Garth Brooks' legendary attendance numbers.

According to Billboard, the 26-year-old rapper beat the country singer's all-time paid Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo audience record by a margin of 3. Brooks drew a crowd of 75,577, and the "Please Me" artist attracted 75,580. The performance took place during the rodeo show's Black Heritage Day.

Kulture's mom took to Instagram to share her excitement Friday before hitting the NRG Stadium stage. In her caption, she told fans she had not been feeling well due to a migraine, so she did not get a chance to rehearse.

"I was so sick yesterday ya don’t even know ! I had such a bad migraine I had to get a doctor backstage to give me two shots and ain’t rehearsed cause I been working all week and ain’t really know what I was getting myself into until I got in the venue," the rapper wrote.

In the accompanying video, she pointed to a picture of Selena hanging on the wall, explaining how nervous she was until she saw the outfit her idol was wearing in the image. She noted the Mexican-American singer was wearing the outfit which inspired her new "Please Me" video featuring Bruno Mars.

"I was so nervous to perform in front of 75,000-plus people, but when I saw this picture, like, out of all the outfits that she wore, for me to see this picture with this outfit, this was the inspiration for 'Please Me', I knew I was going to be alright," Cardi said.

The late "Queen of Tejano" served as a good omen for the Trinidadian and Dominican Grammy-winner. Per the Houston Chronicle, the numbers were starkly different from last year's performer, Leon Bridges, who gained only 51,870 in paid attendance.

Performing songs from her debut album Invasion of Privacy including "Money," "Bickenhead" and "Ring," the Bronx Binderella also delivered hits like "Please Me" and "Finesse" before leaving the stage.

"Everything is bigger in Texas," she captioned another Instagram post showing off a crowd of fans.
