A St. Louis-based mother won't necessarily be giving her son an "employee of the month" title anytime soon after trying him out as her assistant according to an adorably comical Twitter thread.

"I have three projects due today and my 8-year-old is working as my 'assistant,'" Dasha Kennedy, the founder of the budgeting coaching firm Broke Black Girl (BBG) wrote on Twitter. "Everything he has to do is very minimal. I told him I would pay him $100 for today and he sent me an 'invoice' for $600 because he has done six things so far."
