Last week, gossip vlogger Tasha K sparked speculations that she moved to Africa after posting a photo on Instagram with a caption alluding to the continent as her new home.

Tasha K, real name Latasha Transrina Kebe, posted a selfie on Instagram featuring her donning a hijab, and Morocco was tagged as the location. In her caption, she professed her excitement for new beginnings in Africa and promised the “winos” (what she affectionately calls her viewers) that she’d share about her journey on YouTube soon.

“Life in Africa is turning out to be exactly what I needed,” she wrote. “A fresh start! This week I will be releasing my first VLOG of my new life in Africa and showing you all our expanded family.”

Of course, that led social media to speculate if Kebe’s abrupt move had anything to do with the lawsuit she lost against rap superstar Cardi B earlier this year.

Had the YouTuber fled the country to avoid paying millions owed to the “Bodak Yellow” rapper?

Loving the attention, the UnWineWithTashaK host hopped on Twitter to continue talking about Cardi B.

She even turned up the heat by posting a picture of her YouTube show on Instagram along with a messy caption calling out the “WAP” artist.

“Since your fav keeps BEGGING for these little coins, ask her how she wants the 4 million ? In Guinea Francs or Ugandan Shillings,” she wrote.

However, the YouTuber could just be a master internet troll, as she said there is no truth to rumors that she left the United States for good.

“I promise you there is nothing to report on … I’m enjoying my trip abroad,” she exclusively told The Daily Beast via Twitter.

As previously reported by Blavity, Tasha K lost her lawsuit against rap superstar Cardi B back in January.

The court ordered Kebe to pay $1.5 million in punitive damages, $1.3 million for Cardi’s legal fees, $1.025 million for general damages, such as reputational injury, and medical expenses. Kebe Studios LLC was also ordered to pay $500,000, according to Billboard.

Kebe has since said that she doesn’t have the coins to pay the nearly $4 million court order. And it seems like she isn’t worried about paying anytime soon, based on the posts she’s shared on social media.

It would appear that she’s enjoying jet-setting across the continent of Africa. Aside from being in Morocco, she’s also tagged herself enjoying life in Uganda, Kenya and Mali.
