Tupac Shakur would have turned 45 years old today and in honor of the legendary rapper’s birthday, a teaser trailer dropped for All Eyez On Me. The 60-second clip from the upcoming biopic features newcomer Demetrius Shipp Jr. (Pac) and a glimpse of Danai Gurira (Afeni Shakur). Performing before devoted fans, an FBI raid, money, women, and countless arrests, this teaser seems pretty accurate from the fast life Pac glorified. Hill Harper is briefly seen as a journalist wanting to tell Pac’s story before his tragic death in 1996.
The film is directed by Benny Boom with Afeni Shakur credited as executive producer before her death in May. Jamal Woolard and Kat Graham are also set to star in the film.
