Nearly over a month ago, Hurricane Harvey made landfall in east Texas bringing intense rainfall, winds, and destruction to millions in cities like Houston.

In some parts, various reports stated that an estimated 50 inches of water fell causing major flooding along the highways and in urban and suburban areas.

Knowing this, sensational Houston Texans rookie quarterback Deshaun Watson wanted to help out three women personally affected by the storm. He decided to give his game check of $27,353 to three women workers in the NRG Stadium cafeteria who lost everything because of Harvey.

"For what you all do for us every day and never complain, I really appreciate you all, so I wanted to give my first game check to y'all to help y'all out in some type of way," Watson told the woman in a video shared by the Texans. "Here you guys go."

At one point in the 22-year-old's life, he was on the other side of charity. About a decade ago, Habitat for Humanity and former NFL player Warrick Dunn, built Watson's family a house to help the young man escape poverty.
