Margot Robbie, Issa Rae, Ryan Gosling, Ncuti Gatwa and more are ready to party like Barbie (and Ken)!

Warner Bros. has released the first official teaser trailer for the upcoming Barbie movie which stars Robbie as the iconic doll. Though the plot remains under wraps, the trailer shows Barbie doing what she does best — being the epitome of beauty and fun.

Alongside Robbie, the film stars Ryan Gosling who plays Barbie’s longtime boy toy Ken. The star-studded cast also includes Will Ferrell, Emma Mackey, Connor Swindells, Nicola Coughlan, Emerald Fennell, Kate McKinnon, Michael Cera, Simu Liu, America Ferrera, Ncuti Gatwa, Issa Rae, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Rhea Perlman, Sharon Rooney, Scott Evans, Ana Cruz Kayne, Ritu Arya and Jamie Demetriou. 

The film is directed by Greta Gerwig. It is a co-production by Mattel Films, Heyday Films and Robbie’s LuckyChap Entertainment. LuckyChap’s Josey McNamara and Mattel’s Ynon Kreiz serve as executive producers.

Barbie premieres in theaters on July 21, 2023.
