The highly anticipated film Black Panther is set to hit theaters nationwide this weekend, and the stars of the movie, Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Angela Bassett, Daniel Kaluuya, Forrest Whitaker, and Letitia Wright are taking over the media world.

That, of course, includes magazines. The cast has been featured on many, many covers, but here are our four favorite ones:

1. Chadwick Boseman on the cover of TIME magazine.

In his interview with TIME, Boseman said: “You might say that this African nation is fantasy. But to have the opportunity to pull from real ideas, real places, and real African concepts, and put it inside of this idea of Wakanda, that’s a great opportunity to develop a sense of what that identity is, especially when you’re disconnected from it.”

2. Michael B. Jordan blessed all of us with his cover for GQ.

The 31-year-old actor sat down with GQ to talk about the importance and potential legacy of the film. "We don’t gotta be crackheads or gangbangers, selling drugs or robbing people," he said. "We don’t have to be comic relief. We can be superheroes. Imagine what that’s going to do to the imagination and ambition of kids watching these movies. That’s the real impact of this film."

3.  Lupita Nyong'o on Allure.

If Nyong'o isn't the big sister you always wanted, then this cover may change your mind. She sat down with Allure to talk about her insecurities, beauty standards and the complexities of learning to love your hair. "It was almost a dare to myself: Can I live without hair? He shaved it right off. It was so scary but so liberating because I went completely bald," she said.

4. The powerful, star-studded cover for Essence magazine.

The entire cast of Black Panther graced the March 2018 Essence cover. Letitia Wright, who is already being called the film's breakout star, said: "We understand the responsibility. That it can shift mind-sets. I can a black superhero. I can be a scientist. I'm a queen. I'm a young prince. It's not about me. It's bigger than me. It's bigger than all of us."
