The Chicago Bulls announced that streetwear designer Don C had been named the team's Creative Strategy and Design Advisor on their official Instagram account.
"We have named international renowned artist and designer Don C. as our new Creative Strategy and Design Advisor," the caption reads. "Welcome to the family, @chicagodonc!"
The Chicago native also announced on his Instagram account the new title, sharing how honored and happy he is to be a part of the franchise.
"@chicagobulls Creative Strategy & Design Advisor! #blessed – I'mI'm beyond honored and happy to join this historic franchise," Don C said. "and continue to show the world why it is the best brand in basketball."
In a statement, Don C revealed the new position is a dream come true for him as he gets to work with the franchise team as a creative and a fan.
"There are few things I have loved as long as I have loved the Bulls. It's a dream come true to be able to combine my passion as a fan and my passion as a creative to help this legendary franchise to tap into the culture around the game," Don C said. "Our goal will be to deepen connections with fans and make an impact in their lives. This isn't just about designing merch, but combining bigger things like music, lifestyle and fashion to represent the Bulls as both an NBA team and a global brand. I can't wait to work with their talented team of people."
According to the NBA, Don C, born Don Crawley, will work on a range of projects, including immersive experiences, fan engagement, digital content, retail products, and youth programming.

Susan Goodenow, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Don C has established himself as a culture setter in fashion, sports, and music. The Bulls are looking forward to working with him to create more in-depth relationships with their fans.

Don is a lifelong fan of the team, first becoming a fan attending games with his father as a young child. As he established himself as a designer, he would realize his hometown team's power at connecting with fans globally.
