Though we're living in a peak information age, there are still people out there who don't know Wakanda isn't real.

You may remember when a comedian/writer asked journalists to sincerely ask President Trump about Wakanda during a press conference because, well, everyone needed to see that. Though that (unfortunately) never came to pass, there's someone else who got hit with Wakandan okey-doke.

According to The Indian Express, Reddit user and college student AlexeyShved1 gave a presentation called "Power Struggle in Wakanda" on the fictional country's economic issues for his international marketing course. In what can only be called expert level trolling, he gave the 11-minute presentation in complete earnest, fooling his professor.

In the video, AlexeyShved1 breaks down the history of Wakanda, including T'Challa and Killmonger's relationship. His professor can be seen asking several earnest questions, while classmates try not to laugh.

“I mentioned Wakanda the day before jokingly, and she questioned it, so I offered to do a presentation about the country and their power struggle. She was incredibly excited to learn about a country she had never heard of, so I gave this,” the college student wrote in a Reddit comment.

He eventually told his professor about the prank, and she laughed it off. No trouble or reprimanding here.

“She asked me about it later, and I just told her that the entire class was in on the joke, and she thought it was funny,” he confirmed.

“She’s also the type of person who only watches tennis on TV, so she had no clue what Black Panther was until we told her about the movie shortly afterward,” he noted.

Wakanda is forever fooling these ignorant folks, huh?
